RealINSIGHT offers a variety of training classes designed to prepare clients to efficiently and effectively use RealBRIDGE for their modeling needs. See Training and Certification for more information.

| Installation Support |
Insight Associates is available for technical support in installing its products at the client site. This includes physical installation of software and hardware (if necessary), database and network configuration, individual client PC connections, etc.

| Implementation Support |
Insight Associates is available for support in implementing products at the client site. This implementation support includes setting up RealBRIDGE models, converting existing systems and data and integration with source systems.
|
| Analytical Support |
Insight Associates is available on an ad hoc basis for consulting on business process review, model data requirements, designing spreadsheet templates, setting up RealBRIDGE models, versions, entities, etc.

| Location |
Most of these support services can be provided at the client site or at the Insight Associates facilities. (This excludes Installation services which must be performed at the client site).
