CAMS tracks all key information for Portfolios, Loans, Properites, and has over 40 standard reports. CAMS handles all aspects of Asset acquisition, oversight, management & workout. For CMBS Portfolios, it also support Special Servicing and Surveillance duties and automatically integrates and produces CMSA files. It is designed to reduce costs, enhance productivity and better manage the commercial asset management process.

    RB-Translator
    Summarize complex accounting data and prepare it for RealBRIDGE Syncup with RB-Translator. You define accounts, create summary lines, calculated fields in a graphical interface and let Translator do the rest. Translator works with any accounting system based on an open (ODBC) database .
    Syncup for RealBRIDGE
    SyncUp for RealBRIDGE allows you to define how your corporate data relates to your RealBRIDGE model data and then SyncUp will get the corporate data and load it into your RealBRIDGE model database - automatically, either upon request or at scheduled update intervals.
    RealINSIGHT products also serve as foundation modules which can jumpstart an implementation and can be customized to fit the clients exacting specifications.

    CAMS 2.0
    CAMS was released 2004 and is rolling out to the commercial asset industry. The CAMS Base application is being continually expanded to offer more features and functions. Most recent module (Acquisitions & Due Diligence) was released in November 2008.

    RealBRIDGE 4.3
    RealBRIDGE 4.3 was released in May 2009, providing a many performance improvements and analyst utilities. The 4.x platform was released in 2006 and includes a new interface, enhanced security, full Excel support, and streamlined application organization and interface.
